MIXCRETE INDIA is a company that commenced its operations in 2019 with the establishment of its first plant at Vasai Road. Specializing in the manufacturing of epoxy, polyurethane floor coatings, chemical resistant coatings, DIY waterproofing products, floor cleaners, and construction chemicals, MIXCRETE is dedicated to providing solutions for the protection of industrial and commercial concrete surfaces.
In 2023, the company expanded its manufacturing capabilities with an extension at Kaman Road, addressing the increasing supply demands. MIXCRETE has been proactive in developing new products tailored for diverse applications, including waterproofing, floor coating, ETP/watertank linings, and external coatings.
The company has rapidly expanded, adopting new products and application technologies to offer effective solutions across various segments of the construction industry in India. Internationally, MIXCRETE INDIA has expanded its footprint in countries such as Nepal, Sri Lanka, Dubai, Sudan, Nigeria, and Bangladesh, underscoring its global presence and commitment to delivering quality protective coatings and construction chemicals.

Our manufacturing facility, situated at Kaman Road, is a state-of-the-art establishment embodying cutting-edge production capabilities. With a robust annual capacity of 4500MT, the factory is equipped with modern machinery to ensure precision in the manufacturing process of protective coatings for industrial and commercial concrete substrates.
Strategically located 19 km from Bhiwandi, a major transport hub, the facility enjoys convenient logistics. Its proximity to the JNPT port, just 60 km away, facilitates efficient international supplies. Additionally, being 30 km from Mumbai, the financial capital of India, the factory benefits from excellent road and railway connectivity. This strategic positioning underscores MIXCRETE INDIA's commitment to accessibility and efficiency in delivering top-notch products.

MIXCRETE INDIA is supported by a skilled team of professionals, including chemical engineers and graduates from Mumbai University with expertise in paint technology. Under the guidance of Mrs. Nikita Shekhawat, who holds an M.Sc from BITS Pilani, the team is dedicated to developing and manufacturing high-quality protective coatings and construction chemicals. This collaborative effort ensures a commitment to excellence, innovation, and the continual success of MIXCRETE INDIA in the competitive industry landscape.
